This website began as a Joomla! 3.x version as a upgrade from simple html pages and lasted fifteen or so years. It has now been updated to verion 5.x. with template and conversion help provided by appnox (www.appnox.ai - webmaster may be contacted for reference)..The goal was to keep the look-and-fell and navigation unchanged for membership users of the site. Joomla is the core engine that runs this site.

The template used for our site is a responsive custom design. While many templates can be found free of charge, most are a horrid fixed size type that deliver significant waste of user screen real-estate with excessive and useless borders along with typically annoying static background images.
